1.  Service Overview

Tidy Tails Waste Solutions provides professional pet waste removal services to residential and commercial clients in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Our services include:

• Regularly scheduled pet waste removal
• One-time cleanups
• Deodorizing services (upon request)

Services are rendered based on the selected plan and frequency agreed upon during the signup process.

2.  Communication Preferences

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, which may include:

• Service notifications
• Billing information
• Promotional offers

You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) marketing text messages from Tidy Tails Waste Solutions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@tidytailswastesolutions.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Opting Out:

• Text Messages: Reply “STOP” to any text message to unsubscribe.
• Emails: Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email to opt out.

Please note that opting out of essential communications may affect our ability to provide services effectively.

3.  Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the safety and efficiency of our services, customers are expected to:

• Provide Access: Ensure that gates are unlocked and accessible on scheduled service days.
• Secure Pets: Keep pets indoors or securely restrained during service visits.
• Maintain Property: Keep the yard free of obstructions, hazardous materials, and excessive debris.
• Notify of Changes: Inform us promptly of any changes in pet ownership, service needs, or contact information.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in skipped services, for which charges will still apply.

4.  Pet Behavior and Safety

While we are pet lovers, the safety of our technicians is paramount. Customers are responsible for:

• Managing Aggressive Behavior: If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior, it must be secured during service times.
• Injury Liability: Customers are liable for any injuries sustained by our technicians due to pet behavior.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a pet poses a safety risk.

5.  Liability Disclaimer

Tidy Tails Waste Solutions is not liable for:

• Property Damage: Any damage to lawns, landscaping, or property unless caused by gross negligence.
• Health Issues: Transmission of diseases or parasites from pet waste.
• Missed Waste: Occasional missed waste due to yard conditions or weather.

Customers should report any concerns within 24 hours of service for resolution.

6.  Service Interruptions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

• Weather Conditions: Severe weather that poses safety risks.
• Holidays: Observed holidays will be communicated in advance.
• Unforeseen Events: Circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any changes.

7.  Billing and Payments

• Payment Terms: Payments are due in advance of services rendered. Customers will be on the 5th of every month for recurring services and before service is rendered on one time cleanups.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

Customers can manage billing preferences through their account portal.

8.  Service Modifications and Cancellations

• Modifications: Changes to service frequency or scope must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: Services can be canceled with a 48-hour notice. Failure to provide notice may result in charges for the scheduled service.

9.  Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Georgia.

10.  Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
