Tidy Tails Waste Solutions, LLC

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all residential pet waste removal services (“Services”) provided by Tidy Tails Waste Solutions, LLC (“Tidy Tails,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By signing up for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Covered

1.1 Residential Services

Tidy Tails provides professional pet waste removal and related add-on services at single-family homes, townhomes, and residential properties. Core services include:

  • Routine pet waste removal (weekly, bi-weekly, or custom schedule)

  • Lawn sanitization and deodorization (add-on)

  • Haul-away of bagged pet waste (add-on)

  • Seasonal lawn aeration and overseeding (as offered)

1.2 Patio & Balcony Club

For apartment, condo, and multi-family dwellings, Tidy Tails offers the Patio & Balcony Club, which includes:

  • Waste removal from patios, balconies, and private outdoor spaces

  • Deodorization and sanitization add-ons

  • Member-only scheduling preferences

  • Flat monthly membership fees

1.3 Commercial Services

Commercial properties (including HOAs, apartment complexes, dog parks, and multi-family communities) are governed by separate written agreements. These Terms apply only to residential and Patio & Balcony Club customers unless otherwise stated.


2. Customer Responsibilities

By enrolling in Services, Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to service areas on scheduled service days

  • Maintain yard conditions so pet waste is visible and collectible (grass below ~6 inches)

  • Secure all pets indoors or safely restrained during service

  • Notify Tidy Tails of any changes that affect service (additional dogs, access changes, renovations)

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in skipped service without refund or credit.


3. Service Limitations

  • Frozen ground, tall grass, leaves, debris, or excessive buildup may prevent full removal

  • Initial cleanups or properties with excessive accumulation may incur a one-time surcharge

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, holidays, unsafe conditions, or route adjustments

  • Tidy Tails is not responsible for lawn mowing, landscaping, or damage caused by waste present prior to service


4. Initial Cleanup & Bag Limits

4.1 Initial Cleanup Bag Allowance

Initial cleanup services include removal of up to two (2) standard contractor-grade trash bags of dog waste.

4.2 Additional Bags

If more than two bags are required, each additional bag will be billed at $5 per bag, determined at the time of service.


5. Haul-Away Service

5.1 Included Bags

Haul-away service includes up to two (2) bags of waste in the quoted price.

5.2 Additional Bags

Each additional bag beyond the included amount will be billed at $10 per additional bag.

Once haul-away service begins, all collected waste must be removed for sanitation and compliance purposes.


6. Yard Size & Pricing Adjustments

All quoted residential prices apply to yards up to 3/8 of an acre.

For larger properties, the following additional charges apply:

  • 1/2 acre: +$20

  • 5/8 acre: +$35

  • 3/4 acre: +$50

  • 1 acre: +$85

  • 1.5 acres: +$155

  • 2+ acres: Custom quote required

Tidy Tails reserves the right to verify yard size using public records, satellite imagery, or on-site assessment and adjust pricing accordingly.


7. Appointment Confirmation & Safe Entry Authorization

7.1 Appointment Confirmation

Customers must confirm all scheduled appointments via text or email when prompted. Failure to confirm may result in the service being skipped without refund or credit.

7.2 “On the Way” Confirmation

On the day of service, Customers will receive an “on the way” notification. Customers must respond confirming:

  • Dogs are secured indoors or safely restrained

  • It is safe for the technician to enter the yard

If confirmation is not received prior to arrival, the technician may mark the visit as completed or skipped due to lack of safe-entry confirmation, with no refund or credit issued.


8. Use of Outdoor Water Faucet / Spigot

By agreeing to these Terms, Customers grant Tidy Tails permission to use an outdoor water faucet/spigot when reasonably necessary to:

  • Clean or rinse service tools and equipment

  • Dilute, apply, or activate deodorizer and sanitization products

Water usage will be limited to reasonable amounts. Tidy Tails is not responsible for pre-existing leaks, faulty spigots, damaged hose connections, frozen lines, or plumbing defects.


9. Property Conditions & Liability Exceptions

Tidy Tails is not responsible for pre-existing damage to gates, fences, locks, latches, or outdoor water fixtures. Customers are responsible for ensuring all access points and water sources are safe and functional.


10. Safety & Dog Liability

  • Dogs must be secured during service

  • Technicians will not enter yards with aggressive animals

  • Visits skipped due to dog safety issues are not refundable

Customers are fully responsible for any dog-related injuries, damages, or liability.


11. Scheduling

Service days are assigned based on routing efficiency. Preferred days may be requested but are not guaranteed. Missed services due to customer fault are not eligible for refunds or credits.


12. Billing Policy

12.1 Invoicing

  • Invoices generated on the 1st of each month

  • Finalized and sent by the 3rd

12.2 Payment Due Dates

  • Payment will charged to customers credit card on file on the 4th of the month but due no later than the 5th

  • $10 late fee applies after the 5th

  • Accounts 10+ days past due may be suspended or terminated

12.3 New Customers

First month is prorated; all future billing follows the standard cycle.

12.4 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, Customers authorize recurring charges until cancellation.


13. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Seven (7) days’ written notice required prior to next billing cycle

  • No refunds for partial months, skipped services due to customer fault, or services already rendered

  • Credits issued only for service failures within Tidy Tails’ control


14. Insurance & Indemnification

Tidy Tails maintains general liability insurance. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tidy Tails except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


15. Communication

Official communication will be sent via email, text, or phone. Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information.


16. Changes to Terms

Tidy Tails may update these Terms with at least fifteen (15) days’ notice for material changes. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
